eCommerce Growth Specialist, Finland

 

 

We are now looking for a  

eCOMMERCE GROWTH SPECIALIST  

to join our Digital Sales team where you get to develop our online sales channels and suggests new ways of increasing revenue through digital channels. 

This is a permanent position, with a dedicated workspace waiting for you at our Helsinki Flagship Store. We embrace a hybrid work model, allowing you the flexibility to split your time between the office and remote work. 

 

Where is your expertise needed? 

As a eCommerce Growth Specialist you are responsible for operational execution of Stockmann digital commerce related activities. You will focus on understanding consumer and business needs, managing promotional operations, and executing data-driven strategies to maximize revenue and engagement on Stockmann's digital platforms.   

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Develop and execute a data-driven approach to our customer journey on ecommerce channels 

  • Analyzing sales data & website performance 

  • Leverage AI-driven tools to craft personalized customer experiences and optimize revenue streams. 

  • Lead A/B testing, create growth-hacking roadmaps, and implement strategies to improve key KPIs such as sales, CVR, AOV, and EVI. 

  • Regularly monitor sales and website performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction. 

  • Boost website rankings and discoverability through SEO best practices, keyword optimization, and high-quality content. 

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless execution. 

In your everyday work you will drive our Merchant Mindset and optimization culture within team & organization. You'll collaborate with businesses and functions on sales activation in an omnichannel environment and participate in planning sales activities with the team. 

 

What are we looking for?  

We expect you to have strong knowledge of eCommerce sales and digital retail business and understanding of dependencies within the digital space. You are curious about customer experience, and you have a solid understanding of market leaders in the digital retail world. 

 

To succeed in this role, you should also have:  

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience from using content management tools and digital analytics, A/B testing tools, personalization tools, SEO tools 

  • Self-driven, proactive and merchant mindset 

  • passion for digital commerce and user experience optimization.   

  • strong data-driven mindset, analytical skills, data-driven decision making and strong excel capabilities 

  • optimization and growth hacking experience 

  • ability to prioritize highest impact activities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously   

  • collaborative and customer-centric way of working  

 

You communicate fluently in Finnish and in English (written and spoken). You have excellent team working and communication skills and you shine when you collaborate with different teams. As a person, you bring in positivity and you build networks naturally.
