Insurance is all about safety. And it's all about IT. There are over 1000 techies in the IT community at If. Most of our tech teams are working in an agile setup consisting of tribes and cross-functional squads to enable an optimal environment to reach our shared objectives and key results. In Claims Solutions we work with technical solutions that have the power to turn misfortunes into possibilities. We help our customers to rebuild and recover when the unexpected happens. We use technology to provide customer self-service, intelligent claims process and smooth journey to our customers.

About the Squad

Currently we are 100% Turku-based squad, and we work in English. We like to meet each other and work together regularly in the office. We develop and maintain All Claims API which enables clients to retrieve the claims data from one place and in the same format, regardless of the underlying core system. We have a wide visibility across organization, and we often participate to major development projects. We value open and honest communication and we're always ready to help each other. We have a true curiosity towards things happening outside our squad and we take pride of our service mindset and quality of our work.
