We are looking for a Supply Planner to reinforce our Supply Planning Team in Tampere! We at Framery truly believe that excellence in production planning within the supply chain enables our success now and in the future. In this role, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration between demand and supply chain operations, contributing to the efficiency and success of our organization by collaborating closely with various stakeholders such as Sales, Production, Purchasing, Global Logistics and Business Planning and Analytics. You will report to the Team Lead, Supply Planning.
Your role
- Act as the link between the demand and supply chain functions.
- Track and monitor the sales project pipeline to align demand forecasts with upcoming projects and opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely lead time information while ensuring consistent updates.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure material availability to meet production and customer demands.
- Partner with the Global Sales team to understand the timing and probability of potential orders and projects.
- Generate and maintain reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including shipping accuracy and the effectiveness of production and shipping plans as part of the Sales and Operations Execution (SOE) process.
- Actively participate in the development of supply planning processes and driving improvements in overall supply chain operations.
What we are looking for
- A degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, logistics or similar area.
- Work experience in which you have gained a solid knowledge of the supply chain processes and operations. You have worked in supply chain related role(s) - an experience particularly in supply planning and broadly across the supply chain is highly valued.
- Solid skills in Excel, familiarity with ERP-systems and Power BI or similar tools
- Analytical way of thinking, problem solving attitude as well as readiness to adapt and work in rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and Finnish - a capability to navigate and communicate with the team and across multiple stakeholders is required.

Practicalities:
This is a full-time and permanent position. The start time in the role is as soon as possible. The position is located in Tampere and we work with a hybrid model - therefore a readiness to visit The Factory (Framery HQ) weekly to work with the team and meet colleagues is required.
