We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to help develop and implement the visual identity and marketing content of the Culture and Leisure Division’s services. The position is permanent and will begin as soon as possible.
We seek a versatile designer skilled in design and layout work across various marketing communication channels. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing the visual identity of the cultural services, providing internal guidelines and offering graphic guidelines for our partners. You’ll work within the cultural services communication and marketing team, supported by other graphic designers in the divison. Our offices are modern and easily accessible in Vallila, with options for remote work.

You will report to the division’s marketing manager. Your workplace will be our office in Vallila, Helsinki.
What We Expect from You
We hope you have a background in graphic design with several years of experience in similar roles. You’re curious and eager to develop yourself, constantly updating yourself with the latest industry trends. You’re also enthusiastic about cultural and leisure content and capable of inspiring others with your work. We expect you to be a team player and able to be organized in your individual work.
As a graphic designer, you’ll play a key role in our fast-paced daily communication and marketing efforts. You create high-quality, creative and versatile digital and print materials across different media channels. Experience in visual and motion content for social media is also important. You can also create accessible publishing templates for others and internal visual identity usage guides.
We expect you to have:
• Relevant education and experience in visual design and production

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in the following programs (we work in both Mac and PC environments):
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat
• Adobe AfterEffects
• Microsoft 365 programs
Experience in website redesigns, signage design, photography, and animating marketing materials will be considered an advantage.
