Join us as an Offer Manager Director for our Home & Distribution Division (H&D) and play a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation in some of our most crucial product portfolios, Wiring Devices (WD) and Final Distribution (FD).

As our Offer Manager Director, you'll embark on a journey filled with dynamic challenges, driving strategic actions, with your team, across the 4Ps and spearheading growth initiatives for the portfolio ensuring growth and profitability in a rapidly evolving and captivating market. Your scope will be Nordic Baltic Zone, but you can be based in Norway, Sweden or Denmark.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on product performance and strategy.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product offerings.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback and refine product offerings based on their needs.

  • Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking approach to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the product portfolio.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
