We are currently looking for a proactive PCBA Test Engineer to work in a team who is responsible for developing, testing and maintaining PCBA production testers. You will be working with PCBA Production Testers, with tasks ranging from HW/SW debug of existing PCBA testers to support in development and technical follow-up of new PCBA Testers. About the role
The PCBA Test Engineer will join a team which is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining production testers from Hardware and Software standpoint. These testers are designed to function in production lines for KONE PCBAs globally. No global travel is required,
and all work is done from Hyvinkää (80% minimum on-site, occasional remote work is possible).

Work tasks
- Working in an electronics lab with PCBA Production Testers and Platform
- Debug and update of Production Test Sequences using National Instruments LabVIEW/TestStand/VisionBuilder suite
- Support in development of new Test Fixtures with KONE Platform, e.g. PCBA documentation review + Tester Verifications in lab
- Root-cause analysis of tester issues by studying production data and combining it with engineering knowledge
We are looking for
- Academic background in Electrical/Electronics (BSc, MSc)
- Familiarity with layout/schematic review of PCBAs
- Experience with bench-testing, debugging of PCBAs, hardware/software interfacing
- Programming skills, preferably NI Labview and Teststand
We appreciate also:
- Boundary-scan experience
- Experience with working in EMS factory
