We are now looking for Summer Trainee, IT/OT Cybersecurity to our mill in Lappeenranta or head office in Helsinki.

Our IT summer worker will grow into IT/OT Cybersecurity professional, who understands the modern security requirements of production environment. You will learn how we protect our production and automation devices and contribute into improving our IT security setup, tools and documentation for this purpose. You will have colleagues and support from IT, mill automation (OT) and 3rd party vendor teams. Our team is especially proud of our dedication to fluent co-operation between IT and OT teams. What you will do

• Maintain our mill cybersecurity solutions, tools and documentation
• Participate in OT cybersecurity improvement program
• Analyse current internal cybersecurity posture and provide improvement ideas
• Study how cybersecurity affects OT systems, install/test our tools with local teams
• Communicate with IT and OT stakeholders, participate into IT/OT teamsite discussions

Who you are

We are looking for IT (or IT focused OT/Automation) students who have already advanced a bit in their studies. We appreciate a positive and energetic attitude, as well as active communication skills. Knowledge of Cybersecurity is needed and experience from production/mill environment is an asset. Technical knowledge of networks and Firewalls is a big advantage. Location of the position will be decided according to candidate's wishes. You will need excellent Finnish and English skills in your daily work.
