As our customer base continues to grow, we're seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager who's passionate about nurturing customer relationships and driving business expansion. In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening and expanding relationships with existing customers, ensuring they're maximizing the value they get from our platform while uncovering upselling opportunities. You'll be responsible for building long-term partnerships, delivering continuous value, and collaborating closely with various teams. Additionally, you'll identify new business opportunities within your accounts, with a strong focus on driving growth in the CSRD data market. Your success in upselling will directly impact your payslip, rewarding you for driving business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships
- Identifying upsell opportunities within your customer base and working with customers to expand their use of the Upright Platform
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, providing valuable insights, and ensuring continuous value from our products
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborating with sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
SIGNS OF BEING A GREAT MATCH FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Proven track record of account management and upselling in SaaS or similar B2B environments, with demonstrated success in driving key metrics such as upsell revenue, churn reduction, and net revenue retention (NRR)
- Ability to independently manage a large customer portfolio efficiently, leveraging the right tools and processes to ensure smooth operations
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, handling complex customer needs
- Strong customer relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term success
- Solid track record of internal passion for excellence: you have gotten things done clearly better than what was required/expected from you, as you enjoy doing things well
- Sense of urgency and drive to get the job done
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written
