Administrative Assistant

Now, we're looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join us and play a pivotal role in running our daily operations.


This is an exciting opportunity to become a truly indispensable part of our team. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be involved across all levels of the organization-from managing the leadership team's schedules to coordinating with external stakeholders, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and no detail is overlooked.


Your role will be vital in ensuring our leaders can focus on their strategic priorities by handling their scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting coordination efficiently. Beyond supporting the leadership team, you'll also ensure the office environment is well-maintained, from organizing company events to managing supplies and expense reports.


We're after someone who thrives on organizing and making things run smoothly. You'll get a kick out of handling everything from organizing a memorable summer party to making sure the busy schedules of our leadership team are managed. No task is too big or small-you take pride in taking things on with enthusiasm and leading by example. You'll also be an embodiment of our culture, holding others accountable for keeping our shared spaces organized and functioning efficiently, with no ego attached.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Managing scheduling, inboxes, and administrative workflows for the leadership team
    • Handling office management duties, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating office-related tasks
    • Assisting with event organization and logistics
    • Supporting administrative tasks such as expense reporting and payroll management

    • Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English
