Our current headcount is around 70 wonderful giosgers! We’re headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, and have local offices in Stockholm and Barcelona. Some of our people also work in Madrid and the UK.
We are looking for an AI Trainer Intern to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be working closely with our team to ensure that our AI chatbot implementations meet customer needs and perform optimally. What will be on your to-do list?
- Learn about giosg’s AI products and how they work with the rest of the product suite.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success and Sales teams to understand project briefs.
- Study existing AI chatbot implementations to inform future deployments.
- Build knowledge bases using customer data to train chatbots with relevant information.
- Conduct extensive testing based on customer requirements to ensure performance meets expectations.
- Continuously improve chatbot prompts and instructions for better user experiences.
- Document project implementations and create clear records of the process.
- Test the chatbots and apply customer feedback for ongoing improvements.
- We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn about AI technologies and their application in real business environments.

- You’re comfortable with technology, and have a desire to learn about AI solutions in a customer-focused environment.
- Fluency in Finnish and English. Spanish would be an advantage
- You’re enthusiastic about working in a growing tech company and appreciate an international work environment.
- We would prefer candidates with an educational background in computer science, although this is not mandatory.
