We are looking for an energetic and business-oriented Business Analyst for fixed-term position.
We are looking for an energetic and business-oriented Business Analyst to work with business line controlling, reporting / system development and overheads controlling. As Business Analyst you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports. You will develop new reports and enhance processes to support controllers and management on their way to better support the business. You will follow and control overhead expenses to ensure cost-efficient admin work in business line. You need to collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, also outside of Finance. You will work with analysis and reporting development projects and be one of the representatives of Paper BL in group level development work.
The fixed-term position will last until June 30, 2026. The location could be in Tikkurila or Jyväskylä.
Your responsibilities will include

Develop and maintain reports (e.g. Power BI), tools, processes, and ways of working for Paper business line

Coordinate and co-lead Paper BL development network

Participate in group level development work

Prepare actual reports and estimates for Business Line management

Act as Global super user (Anaplan / IPM) in overhead related topics for Business line, develop the reports to simplify cost follow up in the organization and support units / business units in system, accounting and budgeting topics

Creating overhead related monthly accounting entries and maintaining and calculating allocations

Report to the Business Controller, Paper Business Line

To be successful in this position we expect you to have

Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

A good knowledge of IT tools in general

Proficiency (or ability to learn fast) in financial software and data analysis tools such as PowerBI, including advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wide stakeholder network
