Wärtsilä Global Business Services (WGBS) provides reliable, scalable, and standardised services to support core business operations. WGBS partners with businesses to drive continuous improvements in end-to-end processes for enhanced effectiveness, quality, efficiency, and compliance. We are now looking for an On-Call Trainee to join our team!
The On-Call Trainee position is meant for a person who is a full-time student, studying for a degree at a University or the University of Applied Sciences in Finland. As an On-Call Trainee, you can work up to 25 hours per week.
The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland.
As an On-Call trainee, your daily tasks will include:
- Executing supplier and travel reimbursement payments, booking of bank statement transactions
- Liquidity forecasting
- Period-end closing activities related to payments
- Improving the payment process through practical and active teamwork
You will shine in this role when you are/have:
- Studying B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Economics
- Advanced English and other languages are seen as an advantage
- Experience working in Business services/shared service centre
- Open-minded and agile personality
- Flexibility and good teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and proactive thinking
- Can-do attitude and enjoy challenges
