Wärtsilä Global Business Services (WGBS) provides reliable, scalable, and standardized services to support core business operations. WGBS partners with businesses to drive continuous improvements in end-to-end processes for enhanced effectiveness, quality, efficiency, and compliance.
We are looking for an On-Call Trainee (0-25h/week) to strengthen our RTR Global Accounting team located in Vaasa, Finland. We offer you the opportunity to work in an international and energetic environment. We offer the possibility of hybrid remote work.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Pre-matching activities for IG Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable items
- Monthly and quarterly IG matching-related closing tasks
- Creating investment measure master data
- Other tasks related to RTR requested by the Line Manager
The main requirements in this role are:
- Currently studying Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or similar in Finland
- Flexibility and good team working skills
- Systematic and organised way of working, paying attention to details
- Automation and development-oriented mindset
- Advanced English skills, other languages are considered an advantage
- Cooperation with different external and internal stakeholders
In addition, as an ideal candidate you:
- Have experience from in the Financial Accounting area
- Have knowledge and experience of MS Office and SAP
- Have work experience in a Global business services environment
