Commercial Coordinator
We are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team!
The Customer Service Management team is part of the SCM function within Business Line Stainless Europe. Key responsibilities of the team are order handling and confirmations, stock coordination and supporting sales in customer order administrative topics. The team manages lead time and availability communication together with production planning and acts as an intermediate in production and quality related communication.
The Commercial Coordinator position is an essential part of the team and will be closely involved in the order fulfilment process from the start until the end. The position is located in Tornio, with possibility of partial remote work.
Main responsibilities
· Handle the process of confirming orders with customers
· Support Sales to transfer customer request into workable order
· Product or production related coordination with mill stakeholders, order status follow up, lead times and exceptions, processing place optimization etc.
· Support or manage customer material releases in cooperation with logistics and sales
· Possibility to be involved in different types of improvement initiatives and/or projects regarding the order fulfilment process
What we are looking:
· You are service minded and customer orientated person.
· You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Business or Economics.
· You possess a solid understanding of export business and supply chain processes.
· You are Capable of reacting to changes and solving problems efficiently.
· You Show motivation, commitment, and a continuous drive for improvement.
· You have a collaborative personality and willingness to be an active part of the team, with ability to work also independently.
· You are Fluent in English and Finnish, additional language skills are a plus.
