Corporate Finance Trainee

Job Description

As a Trainee, you will support experienced professionals in all stages of M&A transactions in an international environment, preparing sales materials, presentations, financial models, valuations, and other client deliverables. The Trainee period offers a unique opportunity to work with Nordic and global corporations, private companies, and financial investors, with an active role in interesting M&A and valuation projects and client interaction.

Qualifications

What do we hope from you?

If you are excited by the job description, enjoy problem-solving, have high motivation to perform, and a true team-player attitude, you might be the Corporate Finance Trainee we are looking for!

In addition, we also wish that you have:

  • An excellent academic record with a relevant master's degree e.g., in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Engineering (close to graduation or graduated)
  • Analytical and result-oriented mindset with a keen interest in M&A
  • Good communication skills and excellent command of English. Command of Finnish is considered an advantage
  • Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Previous work experience from investment banking, private equity or management consulting is considered an advantage.
