Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for Customer Service Specialists to be recruited in Finland or Poland.

Your location will be preferably in Heinola, Varkaus, Oulu, Ostroleka or Warsawa. Other Stora Enso location can also be considered case by case.

As a Customer Service Specialist your key tasks will include but not are limited to following:

  • Build and uphold strong customer relationships by providing excellent overall customer service
  • Serve agreed customer contacts through various channels in co-operation with Sales
  • Create and maintain agreed customer master data and maintain price information
  • Enquiry, Order and Call-off management and Claims handling
  • Invoice and export documentation management
  • Monitor customer credit limits, deliveries and stocks

Qualifications:

  • B. Sc degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain area
  • English full working proficiency for all positions, in addition Italian for one position and French for one position - other language skills (German, Spanish, Finnish, Polish) considered as an advantage
  • Relevant process skills
  • Service and problem-solving mindset with attention to details
  • Good team working skills as well as capability to work independently
