Introduction:
We are seeking a Director of Project Execution & Delivery Management to join our Crushing Products business line. In this role, you will be responsible for leadership of project and complex type customer deliveries. The Director of Project Execution & Delivery Management oversees a functional team of project and delivery professionals including direct responsibility for project managers. Responsibilities include definition of structure, controls, and communication to meet and exceed deliverables, schedule, and financial targets.
In this position, you will report to the VP, Crushing Products Operations.
This position is a global role and it would be beneficial for the ideal candidate to be located in Brookfield, WI (US) but, we are willing to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. This role may involve up to 25% of travel.
What you'll do:
- Lead Project Execution and Delivery Management teams including leadership of project managers.
- Continuous improvement of project execution and complex/delivery management activities for Crushing Products.
- Manage collective project risks, deliverables, schedules, and financial targets including summary management reporting.
- Serve as a member of the Operations Leadership Team.
- Coordinate and advocate for ERP systems usage and upgrades for project activities and integration with other delivery capabilities.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks throughout project and delivery lifecycle. Champion analysis, troubleshooting, and communication of delivery issues in a timely fashion.
- Participate in direct client meetings in support of project managers.
- Collaborate actively and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders from proposal and engineering through supply chain, logistics, client advocates, and financial professionals.
- Specific stakeholder groups include proposals, engineering, project financial control, local market project execution teams, and counterpart project execution teams across business lines.
- Assess stakeholder feedback to establish, improve, and refine services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
- Related advanced training or degree desirable.
- Project management certification desirable.
- Seven years relevant work experience in project management, administration, project control, procurement, contract, and scheduling or similar.
- Broad expertise in coordinating a geographically dispersed team of professionals.
- Extensive familiarity with IT tools including MRP systems, ERP/integrated systems (preferably SAP), and project-execution specific tools.
- Knowledge of project methodologies.
- It is necessary to keep a valid passport for international journeys and a driver's license for domestic travel.
- Proficient management abilities that include a focus on team unity, enhancement of performance standards, and the encouragement of group contributors.
- Capability to articulate topics within the project execution to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to collect data & information, perform strategic analysis, develop KPIs & recommendations.
- A high level of computer skills is essential - office and project software tools and ERP.
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (required) across writing, auditory comprehension, and speech, with the capacity to navigate a workplace rich in cultural and linguistic diversity.
- Proficient in communicating, collaborating, building interpersonal relations, and delivering presentations effectively.
