We are now looking to hire a
Document and Information Management Lead
to join our newly established Project Execution organization. This is a great opportunity to be involved in meaningful hydrogen projects right from the feasibility phase and also leave your handprint in developing the document and information management processes and systems at Gasgrid.
In this role you oversee the organization, storage, tracking and distribution of all project documentation and data. You act as the central point of contact for document management among internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders. You ensure accurate, timely, and secure management of all project-related information, supporting efficient communication and compliance. This role includes setting up document control systems, managing version control, and ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest project documentation.
In this position you report to the Manager, Project Controls and your office is located in Espoo.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain document control and information management processes and systems.
- Ensure proper version control and document accessibility for all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate the flow of project information between internal teams and external parties.
- Manage secure storage and archiving of project documents.
- Provide training and support on document management tools and processes.
- Ensure that project information is well-organized, accessible, and properly controlled, contributing to smooth project execution and communication.
We would appreciate it if you had:
- 5+ years of experience in managing document control processes for large, complex EPCM projects.
- Excellent knowledge of document management systems and the ability to administer them effectively.
- Attention to detail with strong compliance management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Understanding of project controls, ensuring that document management aligns with broader project objectives and timelines.
- Able to identify and resolve document control issues proactively, such as delayed submissions, miscommunications, or system malfunctions.
- Fluency in English and at least basic understanding of Finnish

The position involves a task referred to in the Security Clearance Act (726/2014), which is why an approved certificate/statement on security clearance is one of the conditions for filling the position. The selected person will undergo a health check, which includes a drug test.
