We are seeking a professional Electronics Designer with PWB design understanding who enjoys partnering with senior colleagues to make a real impact. You will join as a member of our experienced Hardware Development team in Kempele, Finland.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PWB solutions for a variety of products. Your expertise in electronics and PWB design will be a crucial part in delivering high-quality, reliable, and efficient designs.

Your responsibilities:
- Analyze system requirements and design PWB solutions that meet project objectives.
- Develop electronics and PWB technology competence.
- Test and verify PWB designs.
- Optimize working methods performance and efficiency for resource-constrained environments.
- Collaborate with other hardware and mechanics engineers to ensure seamless integration of PWB design.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in PWB technology and industry best practices.
We expect you to have:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in electronics design. Schematic and PWB design.
- Experience with PWB design tools (f.ex Mentor).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills orally and in writing in English and Finnish.
Bonus for experience in the following:
- Experience with specific PWB design technologies such as mentor Xpedition.
- Knowledge of electronics block diagram design.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling tools.
- Waterfall and Agile development processes.
