Expansion Operations Manager
Integrify Education is an international coding academy and tech company from Finland, with over 2,000 tech talents trained across Europe and the Middle East. Founded to empower people through education, we began an exciting journey in 2023 to bring Nordic tech training to Saudi Arabia, equipping young talent and employees with the skills and knowledge to excel in tech. Our expansion is already gaining momentum, and we’re excited to accelerate growth.
We’re now seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate our training operations in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our training programs, overseeing setup, execution, and managing key relationships with instructors, clients, and trainees. While much of the work can be done from Finland, you’ll have the opportunity to travel to Saudi Arabia and play a hands-on role in driving our expansion forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Training Program Management: Oversee all aspects of program setup and execution, including scheduling, logistics, resources, and student management. Occasionally host community and career workshops.

Client and Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and our trainer network ensuring satisfaction and finding and pursuing new opportunities for collaboration.

Operations Optimization: Develop efficient processes and systems to streamline operations, improve delivery, and boost program effectiveness.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, sales, tech, and other teams to align on goals and achieve company objectives.
In this role, you’ll be part of a small team expanding to a new market, so tasks may vary. You’ll enjoy a dynamic range of responsibilities while working closely with the CEO.
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Degree in business, administration, operations management, or a related field

A few years of experience in operations management through work or university-related activities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time well.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement skills; you’re ready to tackle new challenges and responsibilities

Fluent in written and spoken English

Readiness to travel to Saudi Arabia multiple times a year
