Facility & Vehicle Specialist

About the role 

As a Facility & Vehicle Coordinator, you will work with systematic and continuous management of the Hydro BU offices and facility services in Sweden and Finland, to ensure safe, secure & appropriate work environment as well as its development. The role drives the systematic and continuous management of the Hydro vehicle fleet.

 

Location: Any of our offices in Sweden

 

In your role you will: 

-Oversee the management of both owned and leased Hydro offices, home bases, and serve as the primary contact for local office responsibilities.

-Manage relationships with external service suppliers, including agreement negotiations and oversight.

-Coordinate service agreements to ensure uniform service levels and streamline contact points.

-Develop and coordinate facility services across Hydro offices and home bases, maintaining a comprehensive view of investment needs.

-Take charge of the contract administration and operation of the Hydro vehicle fleet.

-Innovate Facility Management processes to align with and support business objectives.

-Lead change management initiatives and project management tasks, liaising with both internal teams and external partners.

  

What we are looking for 

- Relevant experience in Vehicle fleet Management.

- Relevant experience in Facility Management. 

- Proven track record of systematic development and implementation skills.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish or Finnish.
