We are looking for a sales-oriented and goal-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team in a permanent position, leading the field sales team. The job involves traveling for customer visits.
In this role you are responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives to ensure team deliver against targets set for sales revenue, sales activity, profitability and product mix across their own portfolio and in line with DHL Express Finland expectations and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievements of Field Sales team commercial targets in revenue and profit.
- Drive Strategic direction aligning with overall Commercial Strategy.
- Responsible for communicating new initiatives that help to deliver results.
- Set clear performance expectations & Provide guidance, and support to a team of Sales Executives.
- Regularly attend customer meetings with each team member. Use these opportunities to provide coaching & feedback and help close the business.
- Ensure customers adhere to agreed volume levels and take a proactive approach to monitor.
- Maintain strong collaboration & coordination with all departments with DHL Express Finland
- Provide timely and accurate customer revenue and volume forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years in a Sales role preferred people management experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure, identify and achieve set deadlines
- Analytical in the pre-processing of data
- We require fluency in both Finnish and English (written and spoken).
