Full-Stack Developer for Health App SaaS startup

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic startup team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development of our health and fitness app, contributing to the creation of a robust, scalable, and user-friendly platform. While this position is initially unpaid, we offer a unique opportunity for equity investment, allowing you to become a valued stakeholder in our exciting venture.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the product team to understand and contribute to the overall vision of the health and fitness app.

2. Develop and maintain a high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly front-end using React Native.

3. Work on the back-end development using Supabase to ensure a secure and scalable infrastructure.

4. Implement new features, enhancements, and optimizations to meet user needs and improve the overall app performance.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party APIs and services.

6. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.

7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any issues or bugs in a timely manner.

8. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience with React Native for front-end development

2. Experience with iOS and Android development.

3. Strong proficiency in back-end development using Supabase

4. Familiarity with mobile app development and the entire software development lifecycle

5. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services

6. Experience with version control systems, such as Git

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment

10. Passion for health and fitness is a plus
