We are looking for a Full Stack Lead Developer to join our talented HyperIn R&D team in Helsinki. As part of our in-house R&D team, you'll contribute to the development and maintenance of HyperIn products with a focus on mobile end-to-end and new feature development. Our main product is an online platform for commercial real estate management, and you would be actively involved in developing our new features from planning to software development and taking an active technical lead role in your area. We are especially looking for someone with insight in mobile development with Flutter and who can also develop related backend functionalities end-to-end.

As a Full Stack Lead Developer at HyperIn, you will:
- Be a technical lead bringing expertise and leadership for new feature and mobile development
- Engage in end-to-end development and design
- Design and implement Restful APIs for mobile clients and integrations
- Contribute to the improvement of tools, processes, and architecture.
- Implement user-friendly UIs based on the designs of our UX designers and collaborate in the UX design process, giving technical direction and input
- Design and develop web applications using Java technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Struts..)
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s in IT engineering/Software development
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Expertise in Flutter and native mobile application development.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with Java expertise.
- Ability to think end-to-end and have a strong interest in mobile technologies.
- A person with a proactive approach and a knack for solving complex problems.
- Front-end and client-side competence (mobile/web)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience with JavaScript front-end frameworks. We use VueJS/Quasar Framework, but experience with Angular/ReactJS is also valued.
- Knowledge of CSS Frameworks and preprocessors like Sass/SCSS.
- Attention to visual detail and an eye for UI esthetics
- Experienced in Agile ways of working
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
- Necessary permits to work in Finland.
