We are seeking a Head of Performance Center for our Performance Center Central Regions currently serving customers mainly in our Europe & Central Asia, Africa and Middle East & India -Market Areas, but also some customer equipment for example in Asia Pacific. You shall join our Data-Driven Performance Services unit within our Minerals business segment Digital serving our Minerals, Services and, Consumables Business Areas. The Data Driven Performance Services -uniquely combines our Global Performance Centers and Maintenance & Reliability Engineering experts with our Data & AI capabilities thus bringing forward a unique combination to innovate and execute customer benefits.
Your location would be Espoo or Tampere in Finland.
What you'll do
- Take the lead on making Metso's remote services for Minerals Processing plants & equipment the most attractive in the marketplace.
- Support sales cases by ensuring your offering is included in Lifecycle Services and other Service contracts with value-delivering argumentation.
- Lead the customer engagements in your Performance Center to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved in all cases.
- Led our Performance Center Central Region -team currently located mainly in Finland. With the potential to expand to other locations.
- Develop the global way to operate both facing our customers as well as collaborating with our Business Line (BL) and Market Area (MA) Technical Support & Field Service stakeholders.
- Create scalable productized services of our existing Way-to-Operate into an easily sellable offering together with our BL Product Groups, Life Cycle Services, and Market Area Sales. Manage the productization of our remote monitoring algorithms developed in your Performance Center so that we can utilize them globally.
- Manage and forecast the workload of the Performance Center.
- Ensure compliance with agreed practices globally.
Who you are
- You are a leader capable of leading in a global setup and ensuring that we as a service team always exceed expectations.
- You understand how industrial plants function both on equipment and process levels and what type of service customers appreciate. Preferably from a Mining & Minerals Processing -background.
- You are able to create clearly defined and executable service concepts that we are able to scale globally to different regions and customer locations. You are able to drive efficiency improvement of the services.
- You understand the opportunities emerging technologies including but not limited to Data & AI have to offer in the remote monitoring workspace and thus collaborate in developing the most valuable and efficient services in the marketplace.
