Hotel Receptionist with International Experience/B

We are looking for a Hotel Receptionist with International Experience/Background to join our team to provide a truly authentic and unforgettable experience for our guests coming from all over the world.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving international visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and material
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Offering administrative support across the organization

Requirements
- Experience in tourism industry and front desk work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional work ethic
- Full work proficiency in English (other languages are appreciated)
- Vocational or Academic education in the Tourism Industry is a plus and preferred
- Experience with Mews reservation system is a plus
- Flexibility (open to work in other hotel areas: spa, restaurant etc).
