HR Director, Accountor Services Finland

As our current HR Director moves on to new challenges, we are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Director to lead our HR function in Finland. You will act as a leader of the top team and ensure that our HR practices support the success of our business and create the best employee experience for a total of approximately 1 000 employees in more than 30 of our locations in Finland.

 

What will you be doing?

+ You develop our People First culture and support organizational development in business changes to achieve top motivation and business success.

+ You support our leaders in their work, and lead the development of personnel management practices, maximizing the employee experience.

+ You create synergy and efficiency in HR practices in cooperation with your HR team. You get support for your work from other competent and enthusiastic HR colleagues.

In your position, you report to the country director, and you have an active role as part of the management team of the Finnish service business (Accountor Services Oy) to develop our business comprehensively. You also work closely with HR teams of our five other countries, develop our personnel practices together with your colleagues, and are part of Aspia-Accountor international HR management team.

What do we expect from you?

You already have several years of experience in leading HR operations in a fast-paced operating environment. You have a good understanding of business and a passion for people. Your M&A experience is at a good level. You are used to working in an international matrix organization and you have evidence of implementing successful development projects. You have a suitable university level degree and work fluently in both Finnish and English.

You enjoy achieving goals, you know how to translate business needs into smooth and efficient personnel practices, and you enjoy working with versatile, strategic and operational HR tasks. You enjoy sparring with management and solve even complex HR issues smoothly, together with your team.

You dare to challenge the usual ways of working and think about how we can make things work even more efficiently. You know how to communicate clearly and convincingly; you understand the importance of excellent communication from the personnel's point of view. You have versatile experience in developing different areas of HR in good cooperation with actors in all levels of organization. You are enthusiastic about leading change and have experience in it.
