Who we are
RevaGroup is a fast-growing property rental aggregator launched in 2017. When we say fast-growing, we mean it – RevaGroup almost doubled in size in the past 12 months. We’ve grown every year and remain proudly independent, self-funded, and profitable.
We operate more than 30 different portals in 20+ countries and are a global team of 50+ colleagues, with more than half of the company working remotely. We have regular offices in Copenhagen and London.
We are currently expanding our development team and are looking for a talented Lead Ruby Developer to join us.
Your Role
-
Lead a team of our software developers by overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the application.

Collaborate with the frontend/backend team leads, CPO and CTO to to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Iterate on architectural decisions and strategic planning of the application.

Mentor and guide team members in best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your Skills and Experience

At least 10 years of web-based software development experience, with a significant portion of that time spent working with Ruby on Rails.

Strong understanding of and practical experience with Agile software development methods.

Some experience with front-end development, ideally next.js.

Proficient in test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with both technical and non-technical staff.

Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of developers.
