About the role
As a Lead Electrical Engineer you are working in a team consisting of ten global professionals. You work with customers' orders for EOT-cranes performing tasks related to engineering, order execution, documenting and project management.

Work tasks
- Executing engineering tasks, including selecting and dimensioning of the used components and technology, carrying out necessary calculations
- Ensuring that order execution is aligned with local requirements, including risk assessments
- Making manufacturing documents, e.g. drawings, eBOMs, work instructions, and purchase requisitions
- Ensuring that project related targets (schedules, planned engineering hours, costs, quality) are met
- Communicating with different stakeholders
We are looking for
- Strong design experience in electrical engineering, knowledge of statutory framework
- Fluent English skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Good communication and negotiation skills
It is meritorious if you have
- Finnish language skills
- Leadership experience
- Experience from crane electrical engineering
- E3 CAD-knowledge
