We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join our Aggregates & Mid-Market Crusher Wears team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing value-based pricing of our products and aligning pricing to support our strategy. In this role, you are actively looking for opportunities and new ways to improve pricing. You will also support Product Line management with your insights. This role plays a crucial part in our strategy and will impact the possibility of reaching our targets. In this position, you will report to the Product Line Pricing Manager.

This position is mainly located in Tampere or Espoo, Finland. 

Team you belong to

You will join a team of Crusher Wear experts who are dedicated to serving our Aggregate customers, enabling them to reach their true potential without compromising safety. We are currently renewing the way we present our offering. This means segmenting our wide offering to meet every need of our wide customer base. We are all about adding value to our customers.

We work closely with internal and external partners in the supply chain, inventory planning, Global Logistics Operations, and Distribution Management Office. Our team culture is all about getting things done together. The members in our team are based in Finland, France, China, USA and UK.

What you'll do

• Have ownership of maintaining and developing our product pricing
• Support the Product Line management team with analytics and insights
• Support our business managers from a pricing point of view
• Seek proactively opportunities to improve our pricing and business
• Create, present, and communicate your insights to our partner network
• Work closely with our main partners in global pricing management, Distribution Management Office, market areas, inventory planning and supply chain 

Who you are

• Preferably, you have a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, economics or from another related field
• 1-2 years of work experience in the relevant field, for example, pricing, finance, business development, or business intelligence
• Analytical and systematic way of working
• You can transfer data into understandable insights, and you have good presentation skills
• Growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement Experience in Excel, SAP, and Power BI, and you have an understanding of programming languages
• You have full working proficiency in English
• Experience in Aggregates or Mining business is not mandatory but is seen as an advantage
