In this role, you'll be working with a prominent American multinational technology company known for its internet services, software, hardware, and advancements in artificial intelligence. Referred to as a global leader, the company is recognized for its significant market influence and data management practices.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and processing privacy requests in compliance with European regulations. You'll collaborate closely with legal representatives and individuals, leveraging your expertise to uphold our client's privacy policies effectively. This role demands keen attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative spirit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and processing privacy requests through designated online platforms.
- Ensuring requests adhere to our client's established policies.
- Staying informed about policy updates through ongoing training and collaboration with quality assurance teams.
- Working closely with policy specialists to resolve cases and address regulatory inquiries.
- Maintaining high standards of quality in all reviewed cases.
- Achieving weekly productivity targets as part of routine tasks.
- Collaborating with team members on initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Developing proficiency in data analysis, tools utilization, and quality assurance practices.
- Occasionally supporting diverse workflows, products, or markets as needed.
- Providing support not only for the primary Finnish market but also for the French market and others, leveraging translation tools when necessary.

What do you get?
- A base salary of €25,306 gross per year (€2,108.83 per month).
- On top of that, you can earn a bonus up to €540 per quarter (€180 per month) and will receive a fixed bonus of €4,500 per year (€375 per month). Combined with your base salary, this means you can earn up to €2,663.83 per month.
- You will receive 20 vacation days per year.
- A paid training of 3 weeks (8 hours per day starting between 08:00 and 09:00.
- Flexi time is available: you can start anytime between 7:00 and 9:00 and leave after 8 hours of work plus a 1-hour lunch break.
- An initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months will be provided, with the possibility of extending for an additional 12 months with a subsequent contract.
What is required?
- Fluent in spoken and written Finnish.
- Ability to speak and write in English reasonably well.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Available for a minimum of 12 months.
- At least 18 years old.
- You have EU citizenship or the right to live and work in Ireland.
