As a subsidiary of Mehiläinen, the leading private healthcare company in Finland, BeeHealthy draws on 110+ years of experience in healthcare and 20+ years of experience in developing digital services and software inhouse. BeeHealthy has just started its journey and is in a strong growth mode. We are currently +80 dedicated professionals based in Helsinki, Tallinn, Amsterdam and Dubai, expanding both domestically in Finland and across the EMEA region.
As we are now growing our dynamic software development team, we need your management capabilities to successfully deliver the BeeHealthy platform to our customers and help them in building new digital businesses with our platform. If you have a "let's do it" -attitude, while being a good team player, and you can take responsibility of your own work as well as build trust with your customers, you might be the one we are looking for!
Your key responsibilities as a Product Manager will include:
The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the entire product life cycle, from initial planning to production, for a defined area of the BeeHealthy platform. The PM works in close relation with customers, as well as design and development teams.
Product strategy & market alignmentContinuous development (in collaboration with VP Product and Product team) of impactful product strategy and long-term vision that both align with BeeHealthy's business goals.
Responsible for the product being market-relevant and understanding the value it creates.
Conducting constant product-market fit analysis and benchmarking to understand the dynamics of different markets.
Driving innovation by managing the product idea backlog and introducing new ideas to create a competitive edge in the market.
Product lifecycle management (execution and delivery)Thoroughly understanding the product and its key business drivers.
Coordinating product discovery, ownership of the process, and best practices
Participating in and contributing to organization-wide planning activities.
Creating an actionable product roadmap and overseeing its progress and execution, including effective planning and communication of new features and updates to stakeholders.
Coordinating story mapping, planning, and transforming ideas into actionable epics for the development team.
Providing and maintaining up-to-date functional documentation for the product.
Ensuring product compliance with legal and other regulations.
Managing third-party services related to product functionalities.

Collaboration and stakeholder managementCollaborating with design to ensure customer-centricity by integrating discovery and design principles in product development and strategy work
Collaborating with engineering management, customer engagement, and sales teams to align product development with customer needs, engineering goals, and broader business objectives.
Facilitate clear and proactive communication with customers to gather feedback, understand needs, and ensure alignment between product outcomes and customer expectations.

?Sales contributionsParticipating in strategic sales opportunities.
Evaluating potential sales opportunities and their alignment with product fi (incl. requirements analysis).

Reporting & AnalyticsEnsure that reporting and analytics metrics are defined and relevant for customers.
Responsibility for the given product's KPIs (planning and executing them) for decision-making and data-driven prioritization.
Collaborate with tech teams to set up tools to ensure accurate data collection, clear reporting, and actionable insights.

Required skills and/or qualifications (incl. education):Proven experience in product management, preferably within SaaS or digital healthcare.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, from discovery to delivery.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales.
Ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with experience in defining KPIs and using data for decision-making.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate vision, updates, and priorities.
Preferably at least a bachelor-level degree; an advanced degree is a plus.
