Join Us as a Product Quality Engineer

Are you passionate about driving excellence and ensuring top-tier quality in product development? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We’re looking for a Product Quality Engineer to join our Semiconductor ALD Business Unit. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in maintaining and improving quality standards across product development and project deliveries. Reporting to the Product Manager of Semiconductor ALD, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a lasting impact on cutting-edge technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving Quality at Every Stage

  • Ensure quality at every phase by reviewing and approving development gates, ensuring all requirements are met before progression.
  • Develop and maintain detailed checklists for each phase of product development and delivery, continuously refining them with feedback and best practices.
  • Review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Fostering Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement strategies to enhance quality processes and internal workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create and improve internal processes.
  • Establish quality benchmarks and KPIs, monitoring performance to drive improvement.

Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration

  • Train teams on quality standards and best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and mitigate risks.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and introduce innovative quality assurance methods.

Managing Risks and Compliance

  • Identify potential risks to product quality and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with the skills, experience, and passion to ensure top-tier product quality in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Here’s what will help you succeed:

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
  • Proven experience in product management or new product development.
  • Expertise in quality programs like QRQC, PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with semiconductor equipment manufacturing standards or ALD processes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., Machinery Directive, SEMI S2, ISO 12100).
