Project Coordinator

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator for our large industrial project in Odda, Norway. The project starts as soon as possible and continues until the end of 2024. There might be a possibility for an extension and to work in our other projects.

The open position is within our Industry business unit, where we assist our clients in improving the operational reliability and maintenance efficiency of their production facilities. We execute demanding project deliveries for industrial projects. We develop digital solutions to enhance productivity, oversee the comprehensive maintenance and operational reliability of our clients' production facilities and provide resource and contracting services as well as subcontractor chain management services for domestic and international industrial projects.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Coordinate project matters with stakeholders, support functions, and the client related to transportation, access rights, accommodation and communication
- Participate in project monitoring and planning
- Participate in compiling project documentation
- Assist with project invoicing and reporting

Requirements:

- Suitable educational background
- Previous experience of coordinating tasks in piping or industrial sector
- Experience in coordinating project deliveries and financial management
- You are precise and meticulous
- Good IT skills (ERP, MS office, financial softwares)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English skills
