Project Coordinator/Community Manager

KEY SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
Startup Expertise: Understanding the ecosystem, industry trends, and growth challenges.
Business Development: Supporting branding, partnerships, and market identification.
Funding Knowledge: Familiarity with startup funding, public sector mechanisms, and financial modeling.
Mentorship & Coaching: Experience in business strategy, growth planning, marketing, and pitching.
Networking: Building relationships with members, investors, public organizations, and experts.
Marketing & Communication: Expert in Digital marketing, PR, brand building, and program promotion.
Program Design & Management: Creating workshops, knowledge bases, mentorship programs, and managing events.
Languages: Ability to communicate in both English and Finnish (written and oral).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate Member Activities: Plan workshops, events, and act as the central point of contact for members.
Drive Communications: Handle press releases, social media updates, and website management.
Facilitate Operations: Oversee scheduling, reporting, and program logistics.
Support the Project:
- Provide insights into business development and funding strategies.
- Mentor startups in strategy, growth planning, and pitching.
- Design and implement impactful workshops and mentorship programs.
- Build and curate an online knowledge base for startups.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

At least 2 years of post-graduation experience or equivalent in relevant roles (e.g., R2B, business owner, line manager).
Strong IT skills (M365, Google Workspace) and excellent presentation abilities.
A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary: €3000/month (fixed-term, 32-month project co-funded by the European Union).
