Valmet's Flow Control business line is one of the leading providers of mission-critical flow control solutions and services for process industries. Who is the professional we are looking for?
As a Project Manager, you will be independently responsible for managing the execution of valve delivery projects to various process industries in a global, multi-project and multi-site environment. You will be responsible for meeting contractual commitments and customer expectations in your projects, as well as project financial and operational targets. You will communicate directly with our global EPC customers and end users and work closely with Valmet sales offices. Internally you will lead your project team, which will include project engineering, project documentation, supply chain, logistics and other stakeholders.
To succeed as a Project Manager, you should:

have a solid track record and min. 5 years experience in various project execution tasks, preferably as Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar position.

handle several complex delivery projects simultaneously. have a hands-on attitude and enjoy working in a technically challenging, constantly changing and vibrant project environment.

have an independent, systematic, and grounded workstyle that is based on accountability.
-
have great communication, collaboration and negotiating skills as well as the will and ability to proactively get things done.
-
have a degree (Bachelor or Master's) in a technical field
-
written and oral communication skills in English and Finnish.

be confident to report your projects with top management.
