We are seeking a Project Manager, Screening to join our Screening business line's Central Region team. You will be responsible for planning and leading projects at a regiobnal level to achieve or exceed financial, time schedule, quality, and contractual objectives, which involves ensuring customer satisfaction and managing risks effectively. Your role plays a crucial part in implementing project plans and realizing all contractual obligations, which will positively impact our customer relationships and project outcomes. In this position, you will report to the VP of Central Region, Screening BL.

 

This position can be located in one of Metso's main locations in Europe, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. This position involves up to 20% travel in Central region.

You will join a team of screening solutions experts dedicated to becoming the best choice for sustainable, value-driven screening solutions. Today, we have all components within our Screening business line and in our portfolio. On top of that, we have a good knowledge about the whole crushing and screening process, which makes us well-equipped to serve both mining and aggregate customers.

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as product development teams, market area organizations supporting them with both AGG and MNG customers, and external stakeholders, such as suppliers. Our team culture is all about collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The members in our team are located in various locations within the central region.

 

 

What you'll do

 

  • Plan and lead the project at a regional level to achieve or exceed financial, time schedule, quality, contractual objectives, and customer satisfaction.
  • Report monthly on project status to the Region Head and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the interface between Metso, the market area, and customer's project execution team, ensuring a strong relationships.
  • Implement the project plan and ensure the complete realization of all Metso contractual obligations and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage risks.
  • Manage Change Orders effectively.
  • Identify "add-on" sales and savings opportunities during project execution.
  • Apply Metso's business processes and tools effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

 

 

Who you are

 

  • You have previous experience in project work, preferably as a project manager in end-to-end customer delivery projects
  • You have excellent people skills (coordinating, influencing, and communicating with diverse teams and different organizational levels)
  • You have knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • You are proficient in common MS Office software. Knowledge of SAP ERP and Enovia are considered an asset.
  • You have fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • You are a proactive team player with can-do attitude and result-oriented approach to work
