We are looking for a Recovery Manager and Engineer with the main responsibility of identifying, analysing, and mitigating complex disturbances within the manufacturing delivery value chain. The location for this position is Vaasa, Finland.



Your role and responsibilities:

 

As a Recovery Manager and Engineer, your work will include disturbance identification and analysis, risk mitigation and response tasks and process improvement. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You'll be working as a part of the Delivery Management and Delivery Centre, Sustainable Technology Hub team with diverse expertise.

 

Requirements for the position: 

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, and risk management
  • Monitor the manufacturing delivery value chain to detect potential disturbances and disruptions
  • Lead with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners and other relevant stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of issues 
  • Identify and implement best practices to prevent future disturbances with relevant stakeholders

To be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:

 

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of resolving critical supply chain disruptions
