Safartica Ltd. is a privately-owned DMC and incoming safari company offering program services and accommodation in Rovaniemi, Levi, Ylläs and Saariselkä. Our goal is to offer unforgettable arctic experiences where the knowledge of the arctic, touch of nature and pure joy are combined. We believe in personal customer service and creation of new, memorable experiences for our customers from all over the world.

We are currently recruiting RESORT VALETS to Vaattunki Wilderness Resort in Rovaniemi for winter season 2024-2025.

The area of our resort is very well known from it's beautiful hiking and nature trails. It's located about 24 km out from Rovaniemi city center, thus fantastic location for example for spotting the northern lights!
Our Resort Valets are the faces of our company towards the clients. Together with our receptionists they are the first persons to welcome our clients and helps them to get to their accommodation either by van or walking. Valet gives important information regarding to the client's accommodation and helps for example with setting the fire in the fire place if the clients wishes so. Valet has a lot of information from the surrounding areas in order to give valuable advises to our clients on what to do during their holidays.

We are expecting from you:
- previous experience in customer service
- organization and efficiency skills
- skills to cope with fast-changing environment and under pressure
- customer service spirit and flexibility
- positive attitude towards work and work team
- fluent English

The following are considered as your advantage:
- previous experience as a valet
- other languages such as Finniah, Italian, Spanish, German and French
- good knowledge of Rovaniemi and surroundings

The contract is full-time from November and valid until March 2025.
