As part of the RoboAI team, you will play a dual role:
??Project Manager: Lead and coordinate activities within the Cognitive Robotics Initiative for Industry 5.0 project. This project aims to integrate cognitive robotics into manufacturing processes to enhance human-robot collaboration and improve intuitive programming methods.
??Expert/Researcher: Engage in robotics and automation research, focusing on areas such as robot programming, simulation, and 3D modeling.
Your work will drive increased industrial productivity, promote workforce sustainability, and reduce environmental impact. In addition, this role offers the possibility to pursue a PhD through collaboration with academic institutions, allowing you to deepen your expertise and contribute to scientific advancements in cognitive robotics.
You are the ideal candidate if you are:
??Skilled in Robotics and Project Management: Experience in robot programming, simulation, 3D modeling, or project coordination is highly valued.
??Passionate About Innovation: Eager to drive research, development, and innovation in cognitive robotics and automation.
??Collaborative and Independent: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
??Eager to Learn and Solve Challenges: Open to learning new skills and developing solutions to complex industrial challenges.
Communicative: Strong communication skills in Finnish and English are required.
