As a key player on our Corporate Sales team, you'll be responsible for expanding Upright's reach in the CSRD data market, working closely with our account executives. Your mission? Drive new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying sales leads, managing our inbound lead channels, and outreach via email, phone, and other routes. You'll keep our CRM sharp and constantly fine-tune the best ways to connect with different target audiences. Plus, you'll receive regular coaching from your team lead to fast-track your development as an international SaaS sales pro.

SIGNS OF BEING A GREAT MATCH FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE:
- Experience in an outbound B2C/B2B sales role (e.g., SDR, telemarketing, field sales, inside sales, lead generation, brand ambassador, or direct sales) so you know what you're getting into
- Strong goal orientation and proven performance in the past: you thrive when challenged with ambitious targets, consistently achieving them, and always craving more success
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written: you effortlessly connect with others, making every interaction count
- A systematic approach to work: you demonstrate a structured and organized way of working, ensuring productivity
- Solid track record of internal passion for excellence: you have gotten things done clearly better than what was required/expected from you, as you enjoy doing things well
- Language skills in Swedish, Norwegian, German, or French are considered a plus, enabling better outreach in our target markets
- Previous experience from B2B SaaS, sales, working in a startup environment or similar industry, but these can also be taught on the job to a quick learner with a strong motivation
