Sales Development Representative (German Speaking)

We seek great people who can take on the markets in the DACH Region.

As an SDR targeting the DACH markets, you will be responsible for identifying to which companies we can deliver the most value, nudge and inspire those companies to become our customers, and through this create growth in the DACH region.

Stepping into this role, we expect you to have the skills required to prospect & manage TOF sales activities independently, as well as work within the framework of a collaborative organization. As an SDR, you will need to focus on achievement – not just activity - remaining consistently goal-oriented in your sales style. We also look for individuals who are genuinely curious about how tech can be used to enhance the value of business and companies’ mode of operating and what it takes to help businesses become truly successful.

You will be responsible for the prospecting, discovery & qualification of pipeline, working closely with DACH-based AE(s) to further place our product in the value chain of our customers in DACH.

Potential candidates’ responsibilities and attributes:

  • Identifying target prospects and operational TOF sales ability

  • Experience in supporting AEs with qualifying Sales Opportunities

  • Experience in running Discovery calls with Sales Leads

  • Ability to collaborate closely with marketing to drive revenue growth.

  • An ambitious, organized - and kind - relationship builder with documented successful experience displaying entrepreneurial drive and engagement.

  • University Degree of a Bachelor’s level is appreciated

  • Experience working within CRM & Prospecting systems (HubSpot & ZoomInfo most preferrable).

  • Have a strong command of the English language both written and oral

  • Professional command of the German Language both written and oral
