M-Files is expanding in the Nordics markets, and is looking for a talented and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support marketing activities and drive pipeline growth in Norway and Denmark.
As part of the European SDR team, you will play a critical role in driving our success in this region. You will need to grasp the fundamentals of the M-Files knowledge work automation platform, have an engaging personality and professional approach that will enable you to connect with prospective customers, evaluate their needs and communicate how M-Files can deliver value to their organization. Success will be measured through the volume of high quality discovery calls qualified on behalf on the sales team.
The ideal candidate is located in Norway and able to travel to our Oslo office for occasional team meetings. A native Norwegian speaker who is also fluent in English is non-negotiable. The ability to speak Danish is advantageous but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to and qualifying both high and low intent marketing leads from a variety of programs, including digital campaigns, events and webinars.
- Collaborate with regional growth marketing managers to develop a series of multi-touch lead flows for both inbound and outbound prospecting activity.
- Generating well qualified discovery calls with prospects meeting our ICP on behalf of the sales team, using SPICED methodology.
- Leveraging a best-in-class technology stack to research, identify and prospect to relevant contacts from prospective customer accounts.
- Ensure prospecting is carried out in accordance to regional compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of Business Development (BDR) or SDR experience in a technology-centric environment.
- Proven success in both inbound and outbound prospecting in Norway and/or Denmark.
- Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) and other tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, LeadIQ or Gong is highly advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to listen to the prospect, build relationships and trust, and translate their needs into actionable sales opportunities.
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious.
- Native in Norwegian & fluent in English.
