About the role
We're now looking for an experienced sales enthusiast to join the team and promote Maptionnaire's SaaS solutions in urban planning to private sector B2B-clientele, e.g. city developers, consultants and architects. Ideally, your previous experience is gained with SaaS-sales and outbound sales, as you will get to take ownership of the entire customer cycle from generating prospects to new customers and also collaborate closely with the sales team and Maptionnaire's marketing team to enhance outbound sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
The Sales Executive we're now looking for is a results-oriented team player with a hands-on approach to selling. You're talented in managing the outbound sales process with its various sequences; identifying potential leads and being able to turn colder calls into valuable conversations and eventually in long-term relationships. We don't expect you to know everything, but we hope you're willing to learn, take initiative and accept new challenges along with the team. You will receive a comprehensive onboarding program to Maptionnaire's platform and the highly-skilled and experienced team is always there to support you to succeed!

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience and proven track record in solution-oriented, consultative B2B sales and new customer acquisition, preferably with SaaS solutions and with international clientele
- Ability to lead the entire sales process and customer journey, from defining new potential target customers to closing new business
- An ambitious, creative and persistent working attitude with an easy-going personality and great team spirit
- Fluent skills in English and previous working experience in international sales
- Interest towards urban planning and design and community engagement - previous experience in the field is definitely seen as an advantage
Practicalities
This is a full-time and permanent position where you will be employed directly to Maptionnaire. The starting date is agreed with the chosen candidate, but as soon as possible. Maptionnaire's office is located in Kamppi, Helsinki, and we hope you are able to work at the office as much as possible, but in a flexible hybrid model.
Sales Executive's salary model consists of a fixed base salary and an uncapped commission. The base salary in this position ranges between 3500-4400 €/month, depending on the level of your experience. After onboarding, when you get the hang of things and when reaching your monthly sales targets, total compensation could potentially reach up to 7000-8000€ per month.
