We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team at Alma Media. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying standard and custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with our Salesforce development team and assigned stakeholders to validate business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend, configure, develop, and maintain standard and custom applications, integrations, and interfaces on the Salesforce platform using best practices and following and maintaining security and coding standards.
• Ensure the platform is user-friendly for individuals of all technical levels
• Customize the Salesforce platform to meet the specific needs of the organization and fit the customization to requirements, business processes and objectives.
• Perform unit testing, reviews, and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of the solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide technical support and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Utilize programming languages such as Apex and JavaScript for code-based tasks and Low-Code Automation and Data Modeling.
• Design tailored solutions using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
• Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, technologies, and trends, and continuously learn and improve your skills.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including technical implementations and customizations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, tools and technologies
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and integration technologies.
• Experience in Agile projects.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities in English and Finnish.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, and/or Salesforce Consultant are a plus.

We work in a hybrid model across Finland. In this position, you´d work at Alma’s head office, Alma House, located in the heart of Helsinki.
