We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our client Jamix’s agile and innovative product development team. Jamix is a Finnish, globally operating growth company that provides leading systems for managing the operations of professional kitchens. About the role
As a Fullstack Developer at Jamix, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the JAMIX Kitchen Management System, a leading solution for professional kitchens. Working in our innovative and agile product development team of approximately 15 people, your contributions will directly impact global markets and help solve real-world challenges related to nutrition, waste management, sustainability, and carbon footprint reduction.
This role requires a balance between testing and development tasks, where you will focus on ensuring high-quality outcomes while innovating and implementing new features. Work tasks
- Develop and enhance the JAMIX Kitchen Management System for professional kitchens.
- Focus on software test development & automation (approx. 2/3 of the time) using tools like SpecFlow and Playwright to ensure high quality.
- Participate in open API development and backend work with .NET Core, C#, and Azure services (Container Apps, CosmosDB, SQL Server).
- Work on frontend solutions using Blazor and Tailwind CSS.
- Overall collaboration within the development team.
We are looking for
- Proficiency in .NET Core and C# technologies, with hands-on experience in using Azure services, such as Container Apps, CosmosDB, SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core.
- Familiarity with test automation at various levels, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing (e.g., SpecFlow, Playwright).
- Ability to apply architectural principles and methodologies, including DevOps practices, in your development work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team.
- Good command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively in an international work environment.
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience with Blazor and Tailwind CSS.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture (e.g., DAPR).
- Knowledge of integration methodologies and experience in aligning service production within development processes.
