Senior Java Developer with experience in Rest API

We are now looking for Senior Java Developer for our banking industry client.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out:
• Developing and maintaining robust backend systems using Java, SQL and related technologies
• Cooperating with Quality Assurance, Business Analyst, Product Managers and Product Owners
• Performing regular code reviews and committing the code on a daily basis
• Participating in maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery

Must have:
• 5+ years of experience in development and software engineering preferably in large corporate institutions
• Strong collaboration skills and enjoy working in team-oriented atmosphere
• Familiar with the latest technologies. E.g. Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes and DB2/Oracle
• Solid background and experience in developing in Java Spring (Framework, Boot, Batch)
• Hands on knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, REST, Maven and JUnit

Nice to have:
• Experience with Java Reactive Programming, Hibernate/JPA
• Experience building highly available applications

Location: Helsinki
Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
