Now you have a great opportunity to dive into the world of communication controllers, headsets, active hearing protectors, and vehicle systems, as we are looking for an experienced SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER to join us in Espoo. As our senior mechanical engineer, your role is quite comprehensive: you are participating in the conceptual and detailed mechanical design as well as taking a stand in cost considerations, maintainability and manufacturability. You will work closely together with our SW, HW and audio engineers, as well as our talented team. In our development projects, you are responsible for the mechanical design and are accountable for the schedule, budget, and resources related to your scope. Important part of your job is also stepping away from your computer in order to develop design prototypes and conduct testing. The person we are looking for has a strong background in designing, development and manufacturing of mechanical products. You are familiar with plastic product design and know your way around with different manufacturing methods - especially injection molding. We expect you to have strong skills in using Creo Parametric and experience in PDM systems. Previous experience in working with electronic devices is considered as a plus, as well as surface modeling skills. Your expertise is based on technical education (B or MSc Mechanical Engineering) as well as relevant working history. Your interaction skills are top notch, as you are working closely with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders. The role requires fluent English skills and ability to communicate also in Finnish would be highly beneficial. We hope you are willing and able to work on-site at our office in Espoo.
