We are looking for a Senior Payroll & HR Consultant to join the growing team of a global professional services firm. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of a developing organization.

As a Senior Payroll & HR Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to assist a client base by delivering high-quality, accurate and timely payroll and HR services, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. You will collaborate closely with clients and their management, offering expert-level guidance on HR matters and providing tailored support and solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing payslips, income tax returns, and payment orders.
- Organizing and managing reports, client communications, and other HR projects.
- Implementing and maintaining high-quality standards in all payroll-related activities, including establishing and managing a quality management system for payroll processes.
- Acting as the key contact person for clients.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to the setup and development of processes and services within a growing team. The role is based in Helsinki, with flexible remote work options available up to two days per week.

This position is a perfect match for you if:

- you have approximately 3-5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processing, human resources and labor legislation. PHT certification and previous work experience in an international environment are considered a plus!
- you have experience delivering outsourced payroll services, as well as providing local guidance and advising international clients on local payroll legislation.
- you hold a relevant degree, such as in economics, or a related field.
- you have excellent communications skills and are fluent in both Finnish and English; other language skills, such as Swedish, are considered a plus.
- you have experience working with different payroll applications and technologies and are used to working with Microsoft Excel.
