Are you ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional finance outsourcing services? We are looking for a Service Manager / Team Lead to join our Finance Outsourcing Services team in Espoo. In this key role, you will manage client relationships, lead engagements, and drive business growth. You will be instrumental in coaching and guiding your service teams, ensuring excellence through our Shared Service Centres for our major Finance Outsourcing clients. - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client executives, ensuring the delivery of seamless, high-quality services and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
- Lead Client Engagements: Take charge of client engagements, understand clients' industries, address their challenges, and provide insightful advice.
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Anticipate and respond to clients' needs with strategic and relevant insights.
- Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, coach, and manage your teams, fostering an inclusive culture where every contribution is valued. Lead and mentor your own team of accounting professionals, nurturing their development to reach their full potential.

- Business Growth: Support new business proposals and drive growth in existing clients through innovation and transformation.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a university degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
- Have experience in financial services accounting, reporting, audit, or consulting, preferably gained at a major audit and consulting firm.
- Have experience with large financial management systems (e.g., SAP, D365 Business Central, NetSuite) and finance process automation.
- Are fluent in both Finnish and English; proficiency in other Nordic languages is a plus.
- Possess strong communication and team leadership skills, as well as excellent organizational, planning, and coaching abilities.
- Are skilled at delivering exceptional client service, ideally in an international context.
- Are a keen learner who independently seeks out information and solutions, with the ability to quickly grasp the big picture.
- Thrive in a challenging environment and work well on your own initiative.
